Air Conditioning & Home Air Quality Services

A central air conditioning system requires a full ductwork system and works best with a forced air heating system. An “A” coil is placed in the plenum of your furnace and is connected to an outside condenser. The blower from the furnace distributes the cool air and removes humidity from the home. With in-floor or baseboard radiant heat, many clients are choosing to purchase mini-split air conditioning systems. This system consists of wall mounted evaporators that are located inside the home. These indoor units are connected to a condenser that is placed outside of the home. The indoor units distribute the cool air to the home. Central air is also an option for a home with in-floor or baseboard heat, however, a complete ductwork system would have to be added to the home.
